About Kimberly Snipes
Kimberly Snipes chairs the District Five Board of Trustees and holds one of the three Richland County seats. She was first elected in November 2022, finishing first in the Richland County race. When elected she was the manager of diversity and membership services at the South Carolina Bar, and she has a child in a district school. In her 2022 campaign she focused on school safety and on rebuilding transparency and community trust in the board.
